For more than 25 years, David has shaped the French real estate landscape. His career began in 2001 in residential brokerage, where he built genuine commercial mastery with over 1.300 transactions closed across nineteen years, a cumulative sales volume of roughly 220M€ and nearly 11M€ in commissions generated, spanning a spectrum from primary residences in the Paris region to prestige properties in the Alps.
In 2018, he pivoted towards land development and real estate promotion. Across eight years of land negotiations throughout the French Alps, he now holds more than 1,700 units committed or delivered in his own right. This singular path rooted in the territories, nourished by years of land negotiation, regulatory structuring and premium marketing — is the driving force behind RHEOS Capital.
